  • So he saved 60000$ in like 2-3 years? I'm guessing it wasn't all money that he earned himself unless he was earning crazy money. _"so he's really figured out the algorithms"_ *no.* You can maybe understand some things, but it doesn't mean you can exploit it. Most of getting a following on TRproject is blind luck. Yes having good content is important as well, but for every 100 people with good content, you're not going to have even close to 10 of them having a large number of viewers. When it comes to getting _millions_ of views, that's even more luck related. Also the only reason his house is free and car is free is because he makes so much money (has to pay so much tax) tha the tax write offs are free money..

  • This is awesome. Question, who manages his investment properties considering he has so many?

    • And how did he pay for the repairs on the Investment property to flip them?

  • Kevin seems quite unlikeable. The tax thing is why we have a tax crisis. If you're in favor of dodging lots of taxes, especially if you promote that publicly like Kevin and the millionaire child, you deserve the guillotine. You're not part of society, so go sell to others outside of it and don't take from it, or GTFO

  • if I move in with my dad and save all my income for 2 years, i could buy real estate too. He got in the the market at the right time and had the cash to do something about it. Everyone has someone that has done him a solid that got him where hes at. That was his father, who must have taught him to save, who said "hey kid it's tough out there. Live here and save your money so you have an opportunity." Not all of us are that lucky. Most are thrown to the wolves after graduation day. Without so much as to know how to get an apartment or bank account

  • You can buy ground or whole bean coffee in bulk at Trader Joe's or Sam's Club that last 3-6 months & costs $20 or less. It's gonna be better quality than what he's using for 20 cents but still way less than Starbucks.

  • One thing they didn't mention in the video about Grahams Tesla, is he also uses it as his business car to show people real estate, so he gets additional tax credit for that too. At the end they make is seem like he doesn't work 12 hour days, but when he tells his story of how he got started he said he did work long days and for his first 8 months made no money until he sold his first house, then it started getting easier after that.

  • Ever since I watched this video I was really skeptical about how much he makes because the whole youtube ad-pocalypse. So I did some research and discovered that realistically at the time was making an estimated 13k a month off ad revenue alone for his two chanels and that his veiws are currently not even close enough to make more than 61k currently and that’s if he was like David Dobrik level. 13k a month is nothing to scoff at but it isn’t 90k a month.

    • You only feel like a failure because you're comparing yourself to someone who's focus has been on making more money. Focus on yourself first then when you're successful and can hold your own, give back in abundance.
